Joseph Prince Ministries (JPM) has acquired a building in Dallas formerly occupied by LA Fitness. This building presents an incredible opportunity for the advancement of the gospel. To support this vision, the ministry has committed to taking ownership of this building by purchasing, restoring, and converting this former fitness space to be optimal for church use.
Once the project is completed, we will have:
- 60,000 square feet of usable space
- A 1,000-seat auditorium
- A 200-seat multi-purpose hall
- Dedicated areas for children’s church
- Gathering spaces for community
- Offices and classrooms

Impact Generations
To bring this vision to life, we are looking to raise $17.5 million for the JPM Building Fund. These funds will cover the purchase of the land and building, along with essential structural renovations and retrofitting needed to transform this former fitness space into a modern worship center.
This will include significant projects such as rebuilding the roof, installing new HVAC systems, constructing an expansive second level adding over 18,000 sqft of usable space, refurbishing the exterior, and optimizing the space for the preaching of the gospel of grace.
We believe this will be a place from which people will experience life transformation, families will be able to raise their children in a community of grace, and generations will be impacted in this one place as we prepare to receive them.

While we have some reserves that could potentially be used to support this project, we are hopeful and full of faith that, with the Lord’s provision and your generous, Spirit-led support, we can raise the necessary funds without tapping into any reserves.

Joseph Prince Ministries is deeply committed to supporting the vision and mission of GRC as we follow the Lord’s leading to bring the gospel of grace to the city of Dallas, reunite our two campuses, and create a space we can truly call our own. To help bring this to life, the ministry will play a vital role in raising a separate amount of $17.5 million to purchase the land and building, as well as resource the essential renovations and retrofitting needed to transform it into a warm, welcoming, and vibrant space for our community to gather, worship, and grow together.
Once our new building is ready, our plan is to reunite our two campuses and meet as one church in one location.
This building project will take an estimate of two years to complete. In the meantime, we ask that you continue praying that the Lord will continue to give the staff and leadership team wisdom, discernment, and insight to make good decisions as we develop and design the plans for our new building.
